This is a great scoop for a busy litter box. The litter and mess does not get stuck to it as easily as regular lined scoop. Which makes it quicker to use. I was actually looking for a scoop that didn't have open sides so I could scoop out little bits that break off after the main scoop to keep the litter extra clean.
However, the thing I absolutely love is the non-stick nature. It's so much easier and faster to scoop. Something to keep in mind. I wish I had got two of them. Nice size and weight. Mores the litter around nice from the bottom of the box. I have two boxes. This scoop is definitely sturdy and, as I recently learned from some friends, cat waste doesn't stick to the metal.
